Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks terrible when stadiums are half empty.

Some of the best football you'll see all season...... fingers crossed.

Great start from Shrewsbury there. Great atmosphere around the stadium.

Yeah im a big fan of lower league English football.

Some of the stadiums and average attendances from say League One are pretty amazing

That's really down to Leeds having the biggest ground though. Still great support though week in and week out from the lower leagues.

I was thinking that Gillingham were going to dominate the early parts of this game but Shrewsbury are looking good though.

Well Leicester average over 20k and there are 2 other teams over 10k too.

Also, in League 2 Bradford average over 14k, thats for the 4th tier of the league!

And then the likes of Darlington (25,000 new all seater) in that league too. It's pretty good going

Yeh I'm surprised Irish people actually care about a game like this.

You'll still get plenty of Irish that have never seen James McCarthy play when they could have been watching him earlier.

    Aye that is true.

Atmosphere has died a bit now. Hasn't been a whole lot happening in the first 10 mins.

Gillingham 90th minute winner, header from corner and their fans going nuts

That's it. By far the better team Gillingham.

    *flicks over for the rugby*

Why? Because it is not the premiership? believe it or not, some people actually like watching games without multi millionaires playing.
