When you run a search, a Search Tag Cloud is created. The current one is: Now would it make sense not to index what is searched for, but what has already been said?

Not sure if this is what you're after, but the 'Tag Search' page (http://boards.ie/vbulletin/tags.php) gives the 70 most used tags, rather than the 70 most searched-for tags displayed on the 'Advanced Search' page.
