    A lot of the social fora, such as BGRH, The Ladies Lounge, The Nocturnal forum and the Clearasil & Hormones forum have a chat-room type thread, which is used for general banter/nonsense.

    It is also becoming more common in the non-social fora where there is a large community aspect, such as the Poker forum.

    yeah if u have irc there is ppl on #boards
    i forget how u get access to it tho. i think u have to give me 10eu or pm a mod or something

    People who are on boards.ie hang out in a range of irc channels on the quakenet servers but there is no offical boards.ie chat room or channel.

    Without the <>

    Then
    Auth when your ready to visit the channel using the data in the email

    Of course you need an IRC client
