    Food
    Breakfast:
    Double spresso and skim milk
    Smoothie blend of mixed berries, protein powder, milled flax and yogurt drink
    Lunch:
    Wholemeal pittas with salmon and cream cheese. Tomato salad.
    Dinner/Snacks:
    Crunchie, nectarine, walnuts, soya yoghurt.
    Couple of sugar free Mr Freezes. Sugar free!!! Genius :D

    Total approx 1,500. C: P:F% 44:23:33%

    Exercise
    Circuit class.
    Muscles aching from yesterday and dead tired!

    This week I need to work on diet a bit - getting bored with the same old same old so must surf around a bit, see if I can find something good. And cut out those sneaky glasses of wine, we open a bottle and before you know it... So no more drinking on school nights!
    Exercise wise, still focusing on getting back into 5k distance and getting my speed up. Wonder if a heart rate monitor would help?
