manufacturers warranty?

    every manufacturer will say u have a warranty for 1 year, yet the law states that a consumer has 2 years. wat happens in the 2nd year of the warranty, where theres no claiming responsibility

    You go back to the shop where you bought it and claim it and let the shop worry about it; if all else fails SCC.

    Your contract is with the retailer not the manufacturer.

    By law, that's not something the consumer needs to worry about :) What contract the store has with suppliers is between the store and the relevant supplier.

    In all likelihood, you will not get much out of a store beyond the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty without threatening SCC or other legal route, unfortunately...
