Sky Customer care internal systems down all weekend

Did anyone have to call Sky customer care this weekend to make changes to your viewing package. I did as it was the cut off date to end a deal I had for the movie package only to be told they wouldn't be able to as THEIR internal systems are down since Friday!!!! Now I'll have to pay for the package and have it refunded!…
