For Macbeth I'm praying for Good and Evil and skimming over a few other topics, probably M and Lady M's relationship overall.

For Comparative I'm doing Cultural Context and maybe General Vision, although I'm not a fan.

Poetry is all about Longley and Bishop (Although I hope to God Longley turns up, Bishop sucks!)

I have to say I would LOVE if Mahon came up, I know him so well from last year, just love his stuff.

But seeing as he was up last year it's very unlikely :(
I've got bishop and longley done quite well and going over montague too so hopefully that's enough.

    I've covered.

    Poetry
    Bishop
    Longley
    Montague (but not very well)

Might run over some rich quickly tonight...

    Macbeth
    Kingship
    Imagery
    Relationships

    Comparative
    Cultual Context
    Father/Son relationship

If they don't put Bishop on the fuss that will be caused isn't worth their while to leave it out. They don't want to trick us, well at least I hope they don't :D.

I'm refusing to prepare Elizabeth Bishop, purely because I can't stand her poetry.

I share your view on Bishop. Walcott, Longley and Cultural Context for me.

Is the rumour about the paper two been accidently handed out true???

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,739 ✭✭✭Jello

If you go onto www.rte.ie - ''English paper two seen ahead of exam'' is under the news headlines, but when you click on the link it's a totally irrelevant story. This is a load of pants.

The State Examinations Commission is deciding whether or not to go ahead with a second leaving Cert paper in English tomorrow after it emerged that students in one centre have already seen the paper.

English paper two was opened by mistake at an exmination centre in Co Louth this morning.

The error was imediately spotted and the papers were taken back, accordng to the state Examiniations Commission.

It has confirmed that a number of students did see the exam paper.

The Examinations Commission has a contingency paper.

Tonight it is discussing with the Department of Education about whether or not it is possible to get this contingency paper to centres aropund the country in time for tomorrow's exam at 9.30am.

I am completely depending on Bishop,
but the majority of people are.
That's why I wouldn't be so surprised if she didn't make an appearance.

I rang the SEC Press release office and she said that they're investigating it; they don't know whether or not the paper has actually been seen or not it could just be a hoax..she's gonna ring me back when she has more.

    Noice

Everyone should just basically stick to whatever their plan was, and not to buy into this stuff

    Maybe it's true

    Maybe it's not

    Just chill and revise Walcott
