Samsung Tocco bluetooth problem

My tocco wont pick up any bluetooth device, but they can pick up my phone Anyone know what the problem is? It also cant receive mms?

You have your visibility on, but do they?

The mms is probably network related. What network are you on? Do you get a text saying you have you have received a mms from someone?
