broadband wireless between two houses

hi there...we're havin trouble with broadband providers in our area..the house next door has it and are willing to let us use theirs...now i want to do it wireless if i can rather than with cat6 as it could get messy..i hear their are antenna's or something to put on each house houses are approx 20 30 meters apart...can…
