Windows wanted question

    Hi,
    I'm looking for windows, don't mind if they are PVC or wood, must be DG at least. I've heard that there are places where you can buy new windows that are "returns" or that were not fitted because they were the wrong size etc
    I'm not adverse to very good condition second hands either but would prefer new.
    Can anyone help with somewhere that I can find these?
