    Not sure if this has been done here before but its a segment I like from fighters only where they ask different pros whats in their kit bag. So why not do it here :D

    Tapout or Warrior shorts. have a couple pairs of each but no real preference.
    Rogue Shin/in-stem pads
    Rogue Cup (saved me on a few occasions :) )
    Old Ouano MMA gloves
    Title Bag-Mits
    Elverys Boxing gloves
    Shock Doctor mouth guards (really gotta get one molded :( )

    Feel free to share :pac:

    I was mainly curious abut peoples preferences. Train in a tutu for all I care (hmmmmm that would allow freedom of movement..............)

    Whats in my kit bag??

    I'm wondering the point of this thread. Is it a "What should i bring to mma training when i start?" question.. or is it a "Are you as cool as i am?" thread.

    Im odd and have 2 kit bags, one for mma and one for bjj.
    On an MMA training night, heres my list. :)

    1. Shock doctor core compression shorts with bioflex cup. I find the cheapy groin guards have too many pointy bits, and they keep "roaming"
    2. Dental mould gum shield (A wise investment. 60 quid is cheaper than new teeth.)
    3. Black / grey Nogi shorts (My lucky pair this week. And Chris Brennan had blimmin run out of shorts by the time he had got up to Norn Iron. damn him!)
    4. An "extreme couture" rash guard (isnt that a gay name? My manly cage rage one is in the wash)
    5. A pair of half dead black rogue gloves (Can anyone recommend a cheap website for new ones? All the mma gloves ive had keep tearing at the thumb joint. I think its because i punch like a girl.)
    6.Rogue knee guards i should be wearing all the time but never do as i cant be bothered pulling them up all the time. Ive just stopped doing double leg shoots. Porblem solved :D
    7. Ankle support that i havent worn in about a year.
    8. Water bottle (Or i should say, coke bottle that is now full of water)
    9. Towel to mop up my man sweat.
    10. Random fluffy bits and lumps of tape

    I think Chris was hinting at the amount of name dropping which went on prior to his post.

    Some people were falling over themselves to name fancy fight shorts etc, when in fact unless they're manky fvckers they rarely have just those and are most likely to have (regularly) what you and I have, ie the essentials - towels, wash gear (I bring a small medi-kit).

    I have a few Judogi, Addidas/Norris/Fighting Films etc but couldn't be arsed naming them because I know it ain't gonna impress a soul.

    So, I got what Chris was getting at (I hope :o )

    everlast blue boxing gloves
    fighter grappling gloves
    mayweather hand wraps
    S.A.P foot pads and shin pads
    Top Ten headguard
    shock doctor gumshield
    purple hand towel (no excuse:P)
    random shorts.

    I use the same bag for mma and kickboxing, so:

    * 10oz Topten Gloves
    * mma gloves
    * feet pads
    * Shin pads
    * Top ten hand wraps
    * Ropes
    * Muscle rub
    * Deodrant & hair brush :)

    I usually wear the relevant bottom/shorts and top to training. Although I have to get a pair of mma shorts.
