Newgate Centre

The Newgate Centre got the final go-ahead in November and work was due to begin in March. I haven't seen anything happening yet - more than likely because the banks don't want to give a penny out for commercial property at the moment. Anyone got any idea what's happening?

The word is "hope" people nothing concrete at all in that.Nothing definite but "hope".
