Having a BBQ this weekend, thought a nice homemade relish would go well with the burrrgerrrs. Does anyone have any tried & tested recipes? Thanks in advance :)

Chopped up pickles/gerkins in any sauces go well, but do not stick it in all of the mixture. Sort of like Marmite you like em or hate em. Half my mates despise pickles when you get them in mcdonalds or BK, I get to eat them all. So warn people!
