FIFA 09: Cannot connect to EA servers??

Anyone else having this trouble at the moment? i'm lucky if the game gets to the Arena stage of loading and it is saying it cannot connect to EA servers. All other games working fine in my 360 and Xbox Live is signing in without trouble, no scratches on disc either.

Im getting kicked off them a lot today and it was happening to my mate the other day too.
