Patatas barabas and alioli? Oh man......I live about an hour from cork and am tempted to drive down just to try. One of my favourite "tapas". Is there any tapas bar in limerick?

Okay, this next one was conceived, implemented, consumed and written about whilst markedly intoxicated. So I probably can't vouch for its niceness. But anyways...

    OMG!! Brioche Fuckin Dogs!

    DSC06268.jpg

    Ingredients
    • Brioche rolls (cheapo lidl ones)
    • Franks (cheapo lidl ones. They're actually really nice, slightly BBQy. Nom stuff)
    • Line of ketchup (sniff!)
    • Line of squeezy hot dog mustard (colemans do a good hot dog mustard)
    • Some mixed salad leaves (lidl)
    • A few long, slow grates of cheddar (sexy!)

    Method
    • Fry the franks on a fairly high heat. Burn them a bit, makes 'em nicer.
    • Meanwhile, toast each side of the brioches under the grill on a medium heat for a couple of minutes.
    • Split the brioches (if that is the plural of brioche) and insert a few strings of cheddar along the bottom.
    • Place some salad leaves along the top side (you might need to cut them to fit).
    • Lay your dog on top and carefully squirt on your ketchup 'n' mustard.

If that wasn't the best snack you've ever had then you're not as drunk as I am. Next time I think some cajun chicken dippers are in order... Drool... I need to go to bed.

Your chicken curry recipe on the first page has inspired me, I was gonna just use a jar because I'm having a lazy day. I don't have all the ingredients but hopefully it'll work out!
