Is it not on the bank holiday weekend as opposed to the weekend of the 6th?

Those two websites contradict each other.

Good point. I'll email info@duncannonfort.com and see what they reply.
I just saw road sign for it on the way to New Ross tonight but didnt get to fully read it, that is why I looked it up when I got back home.

My gut feeling is that it is the bank holiday weekend.

I'll update this thread when I get a reply.

Got reply to confirm dates and times.
    Hi,

The proper dates for the Military Re-enactment this year are saturday 30th and sunday 31st of May, its a real mix up this year as it is still the June Bank Holiday week-end.

    11a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

    Kind regards

Phew. Doing a paranormal investigation in the fort the following weekend. Thought we might have been double booked for a moment.

Interesting, is it a small group of you doing it?
What is the paranormal activity you heard about that you are investigating?
Have you tried Loftus Hall? That is a creepy place.
Do you get invited to a do an investigation or do you request it?

Sorry for rambling on and going slightly off topic (we are still talking about Duncannon :D), just find it a bit interesting cause you dont normally hear about it be done so close to home in wexford. It's normally on in TV world.

This is actually an open investigation, so we're hoping to bring about 30 people around with us on the night.

There's been some activity reported in what used to be the building that contained the officers mess.

If you're interested then drop me a PM.

I should be putting more info up on http://www.ghost.ie soon too.

This is on again this year June Bank Holiday Weekend - Saturday June 5th & Sunday June 6th 2010 in Duncannon. I assume the same times as last year.
