Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi All,

I'm looking for someone in or near Cork with a Canon 5D Mk II who is interested in being a second camera for a documentary I'm making on the Beamish and Crawford brewery.

We are interviewing some of the guys who've worked there for years and have recently lost their jobs, as well as some of the old age pensioners. Our focus is on bringing out the anecdotes, stories and characters associated with the historic brewery.

I had somebody lined up but he pulled out. We are beginning next Saturday afternoon. From then on it'll be around six Saturday afternoons between now and the middle of July. The interviews will be in a pub in the city centre. This will be a really nice bit of work and should do quite well in the Irish film festivals and hopefully abroad as well.

At the moment it looks like there is no money. However we are compiling an application for a funding grant, and if we get it there will be a few hundred quid in it.

If you need any more info just give me a shout!
