What was the atmosphere like there? There always looks like there's a great intensity in the support at Hampden, but how does it compare to a Croker or a Thomand on match day?

RTE did up a table of who we might be playing. Croatia were top of runners up group on 12 points but that probably changes after tonights result with England. Basically we are in the middle of the pack as things stand. France, Greece, Northern Ireland and Croatia all above us at moment in terms of runners up rankings. A bit complicated.

Group 1 - Could be any of Denmark, Portugal, Sweden and Hungary. Going on the fixtures remaining, it'll probably be Portugal
Group 2 - More than likely Greece
Group 3 - Either Slovenia or Czech Rep, N. Ireland are a huge outside bet now,
Group 4 - The losers of Russia/Germany next month. Russia are at home, but if it's a draw, Germany top the group.
Group 5 - Should be Bosnia
Group 6 - Croatia are favourites, but if Ukraine get a result against an already qualified England side they'll be in the driving seat.
Group 7 - More than likely France.
Group 8 - Us
Group 8 - Nobody. Norway's 10 points should make them the worst 2nd place team, even after the 6th place deductions take place.

So yeah, some very tough looking draws there.

I like that song, I prefer it to boom boom pow. But their have been way worse number 1's of recent. For example most songs in the offical Uk top 10, I don't like.

I used be hooked on watching the offical thing the moment it came out.
So this would involve between 4 and 7 on a Sunday sitting watching a blank tv screen for BBc Radio 1. Yeh I tried to get a life then I got stuck on this :D
