Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yeah Ill never buy Dell again either, I know a lot of people that are doing the same, although this entire country could boycott them and I doubt they'd care. I really hope all the county councils and government departments stop buying from them now though and switch to some other supplier.

Lets be realistic, they're going to buy at the best price they can. No room for emotions in business.

I know it's not the place to discuss it but did people really, genuinely believe that a production line which was involved in putting components together and packing boxes really had a sustainable future in Ireland given the cheap labour available elsewhere?!

Yeah and they bought Alienware which had their european HQ in Athlone. They are closing down the manufacturing unit and the depts that support it and moving it to Poland..

    Very sad...
