    loose translation (meaning over detail)

    Unfortunately your receipt number 1634 for the position of electronics technician/Elektroniker was returned with the remark "addressee not known under this address"

    Please contact me.

    In case you are living with somebody (i.e under someone elses address / name) please let us know.

    so, I take it they wanted to confirm to you that they received your application/you got the job, but their letter was returned
