Eddie Rockets CAJUN sauce???

So I have asked a couple of times in various Eddie rockets - but to no avail they say they are not sure what type it is. Does anyone know what type of cajun sauce this is.....PLEASE thanks

Some private wholesale company supplies them with the sauces IIRC. You won't find them in a supermarket

It might be from 'blenders', they seem to do a lot of the wholesale sauces
