Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got my x4s from a place called limexb in England, tho think you might be able to get them from Amazon now too... Its very hard to find them cheap anywhere, as so few places sell them

Just tried to order them again - postage was listed at £7.48. But if you read the text below it :

"Air Sure Recorded delivery to addresses with post codes only, For a courier quote please call 0845 0780335 or email info@limexb360.co.uk"

"Sorry, but the items (and quantity) you have ordered have exceeded our upper most weight threshold for this delivery method."

    Their T&C's also say :
"Live Interactive Media Events Ltd only deliver to the United Kingdom (the Channel Islands and, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands will incur additional charges)."

Am still awaiting a reply on real shipping charges to Ireland, if they do indeed ship there now. Seems strange that they wouldn't as they listed Ireland as a country when I registered on their site.

    Hi Colin

Thank you for your email and we apologise for the delay in replying.

The Tritton Axpro’s do not require a step down converter they are supplied with UK power supply.

The postage to Northern Ireland is £4.00 and Eire is £6.50.

We hope this answers your query.

    Kind regards

thanks for the replys, just one more thing, does anybody know if they can be used with the elite with the HDMI cable in use? as it shows the optical cable being plugged into the component cable?

With the elite you would have gotten an audio dongle with optic port and red/white for analog. this can be used alongside HDMI.

Same here. Cool. Although the website says 7.48 shipping for some reason. I assume they will refund us.

The only minus I can see about the Trittons are having to use 2 plug, so not as convenient as the wireless X4's. Then again, less chance of interference I suppose.

From the research I put into it the Trittons blow the X4's out of the water, From build quality to true 5.1 surround, ok 2 plugs is abit ott but Ive heard that Tritton are soon releasing a new GREENER model with only 1 plug. Tritton are also releasing an all new headset to be announced at E3, apperantly wireless 5.1, Have to wait and see.;)

Thought the same. So double checked.

Went back and logged in 1st, stuck it into the shopping cart etc..

    It's definitely 7.48 sterling shipping.

Just got a reply. I asked them to confirm they ship to Ireland (as their T&C's mention only UK) and also delivery charges to Ireland as their checkout gave only 1 option and said "Air Sure Recorded delivery to addresses with post codes only, For a courier quote please call 0845 0780335 or email info@limexb360.co.uk" "Sorry, but the items (and quantity) you have ordered have exceeded our upper most weight threshold for this delivery method."

Here is the reply I got :

    "Thank you for your email.

We have asked our web hosts to look into this for us, thank you for bringing it to our attention.

However, can you confirm if you proceeded to the payment gateway or if you abandoned the purchase? We do deliver to Southern Ireland and therefore if you abandoned the purchase we would suggest that you try again and continue through to the payment and your order should go through.

Please could you reply confirming the above? We are sorry for an inconvenience this may have caused.

    Kind regards
