All KJW 1911's feature a fully functional beaver-tail safety, which prevents the trigger from engaging on the leaf/sear spring, as well as the thumb safety which disengages the trigger & hammer, and acts as a slide block. The thumb safety is ambidextrous on the S&W 1911PD.

    Hope this helps :)

Sorry for jumping in Ricka, but if your saking about the Thumb Safety and the Grip safety, then yes King John, both work. Have both this and the 1911A1 from KJ works and both are equally impressive imo.

Darn, just ordered one on the site :P

Guess I'll have to wait lol.

Also just to let ya know, the link for the mag appears to be broken (link) . If you click it, it just takes you back to the pistol mags page, you can't actually view the item, as it doesn't take you to the items page.

I've fixed that bug on the site, thanks a million for the heads up!

If any of you guys spot anything on the site that isn't working, incorrect or just downright annoying please do let me know - we're always happy to hear your feedback (good or bad):)

I'm sorry to inform you all that Ricka has now been sacked due to his appallingly bad customer service (and his horrendous constant attempts at singing)

    He will be missed :p

Just want to say thanks to all at HobbyAirsofter. I won the Facebook prize which by the way marks the first time I have ever won anything significant through chance (save several offers of cash from Nigerian princes). Furthermore I asked if I could switch the pistol which was arranged as quick as you like and hassle free.

    Much obliged to you all.
