    Hi..
I'm starting work in GlaxoSmithKline next week...i'm livin in Pearse Brothers Park on Taylors Lane...I'm just wondering if there are any buses that go from along that road to StoneMasons Way, or near it?

I've checked on Dublin Bus but it's awfully confusing! I'm thinkin the 161??

    Hope ye can help!

OK, there are the following options:

    1) 161 from anywhere along Taylors Lane (via Whitechurch Estate) to Stonemasons Way and back in the evenings (limited timetable)

    2) 116 from Taylors Lane (beyond Whitechurch crossroads, on the hill) to Stonemasons Way (even more limited timetable - one bus!!).

    3) Walk to the top of the hill at the junction of Taylors Lane and Grange Road and take a 16 from there to the junction with Stonemasons Way

    4) Walk the entire way - it'll only be about 25 minutes!

I would strongly suggest option 4 - it really is not that far, but on a wet day take the 161!

Well done on getting a job , put a good word in for me if there are any IT positions there please :D

As said walk is an option , there are some nice cycle paths the whole way down too. You'd be there in 10 minutes on a bike an extra 15 minutes in be as opposed to walking :pac:
