Is it possible to profile people on boards.ie?

If say the Gardai Siochana were monitoring a person and were aware of them on boards.ie would they be able to build a profile on that person from the records of there opinions and there visited threads?

If they could snyper would get life imprisonment for the sake of the kids of the country, pighead would be locked up as terminally schizophrennic, and kazobel and rosie would be permenantly institutionalised for the good of themselves and the public just for being completely fukking bonkers.
