    This seems to have seized up? The same big hole as a while ago.. Any news?

    This is opposite the entrance road to the quay; next door almost to the Gardai.

    yep kelly's development seems he's got what he needed out of it ( spoil) or he's run out of money, or cant get an anchor tenant for the development.
    not heard anything about it apart from the lack of anything happening

    Ah thank you.

    It is a real eyesore and just where many of the tourist coaches dock.

    The big sign is still up.
