Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Saw those on my searches. Call me fussy but the new colour on the hubs Shimano are using these days does nothing for me. Love the older silver hubs.:o0 -
Just pulled the trigger on a Rose Pro cross-3000 c/w Ultegra compact, hydraulic disc brakes and all the trimmings. Also mudguards, Xtreme pro duo pedals, rack and pannier. €2077 all in delivered for what I'm hoping will be my go anywhere all year round bike for the next few years. Full spec here.0 -

So it turns out that N+1 will be a Canyon Endurace CF 8.0. 105 5800 with DT Swiss R24 wheels, albeit the 2014 model of the bike with Ritchey cockpit. Should be a nice upgrade from a Trek 1000 that's going on 10 years old! I'll be retaining that as a commuter/bad weather bike though, having put several upgrades on it over the years (105 5700 shifters & mechs, compact chainset, etc.), especially with the ability to put a rack on it.
Incidentally, does anyone know what canyon are like for delivery times to Ireland when the bike was ordered from stock?0 -

Out of Interest what does it weigh?
edit: I found it 8.8 kg , not bad despite the wheel size and disc brakes.0 -

It's a quality saddle and surprisingly comfortable. Plenty of room to move around and the narrow nose let's you get right down over the bars.
As for the flexibility side of things a bit more yoga and I'll be laughing although I'll have to take up yoga first. 0 -

If youre asking about protone it must have been medium - lads in B2R had no clue when large are coming out last time Ive been there but they are supposed to be available from few online places around 6th July unless something changed.0 -

Yeah it's a medium, haven't had a chance or scales to weigh it. Wore it on the wicklow peaks sportive yesterday and it was very very comfortable, wind noise was a lot less than my current helmet and ventilation was sublime.0 -
