I seem to have lost the ability to get the water out of my ears.
Anyone have any creative ways? I'm about to reach for the dyson.

You surf don't you Shane_C? Think I've seen you on the surfing forum. How long are you at it? Do you wear a hood in the winter?
You might want to get your ears checked at the doctors. You might have a condition called Exostosis or Surfers Ear depending on how long you've been surfing.

My ENT doc told me if I do get water in there to tilt that ear downwards and hit the lower side of your head. Might work. Also a hair dryer at a low temperature and at arms length for a few seconds might work.

I have Surfers Ear pretty bad and I use Blue-Tac in my ears all the time now. I had custom plugs made up but I managed to get both my ears infected at the same time using those! The Blue-Tac works great, been using it in the pool and out surfing for about 2 years now and no problems. Just make sure you've got a good seal over your ear canal and you're sorted.
