    i had 3 in one morning on a swords spin. they come in 3 so be ready

    pain in the hole it is , my legs were feeling great , we were gooing for a 70k spin

    when i put in the new tube and blew it up , the hole in the tyre was very visible so it wasnt safe to go any further as i didnt have any more tubes with me

    remember 8-10 weeks ago on my mtb doing 11km in the park and being wrecked and average speed of 19-20 so slowly im upping the average speed and distance

    im starting weight watchers ( doing it myself ) so will be posting my weight every monday morning

    today 291.4 lbs jesus i hope to see that go down , i quit drink also for a while , 2 weeks off it now and feel good , just need to stop eating crap , so todays a start watch out :)

    fairly in-active week , havnt done a tap , weather was crap mon , was due to go out tuesday but family things came up and couldnt , been working hard and finishing at 8 the rest of the week , fresh start monday
