this is used as a cheap way of advertising more than a real job offer

quite smart if you think about it.

the two local radio stations advertise jobs for free so i'm just waiting for someone to put in ads for black belt instructors working two times a week teaching kids from 5pm to 6pm and adults from 7pm to 9pm. at such and such-a place
