I was buying a cd on Play.com the other day. I clicked to buy it but it increased in price by €1 when I reached the checkout. There seems to be no costomer email address on the site.

This seems a bit strange.

Do a Google for it.. there's plenty of people with the same problem.

I think helpdesk@play.com will get them!

That happened to me too before, I was charged 1.50 extra (in a separate transaction on my credit card, I must add) for some purchases. I never did find an e-mail on their website despite all my looking. I eventually found it through Google but they never replied to me. Dodgy stuff.
