    anyone know of anywhere sellin nanostations..i know i can get them online but always like to buy local where possible..any help would be great...plus would i have to intall sockets in the two attics or does the ethernet cable supply the power too?

    you should have them a day or two later.

    The power travels to them over the ethernet cable .

    any major difference between the nano 2 and nano 5?????????

    The nano2 works on 2.4ghz , the nano5 works on 5 ( ish) ghz

    Baby monitors , cordless phones etc all work on 2.4 too usually btw

    Nano5 should be faster if you are swapping files between the two houses say

    Sorry didn't spot this earlier, anyway :

    I've used a few , they work grand.

    They are made by a company that has been making little wireless cards for a good while , instead of some loons that wake up one morning and get ideas.
