    most glazing firms can order either perpex sheets or lexan in different thicknessess ,might be a bit costly though.

    there used to be a place in sandyford industrial estate they specialised in plastic.all sizes and colours. can't remember the name sorry but you could try google!!! or if your in the area its near the audi and vw garage

    I got mine in http://www.365plastics.ie/ they have corriboard on their web site for €12, 3m x 1m 10 mm thick, v good price. I picked mine up in Ashbourne, but I think will deliver

    Wouldn't you be better with something like pond liner so you don't have to make and seal joints? If you have drainage holes - which you will need - the water will tend to run back between the liner and timber anyway.

    Access Plastics Ltd in Ashbourne have everything in plastic sheets. I found them really helpful and they delivered to me next day. Great price and they cut the sizes I needed at no charge. The sales guy was real helpful, knew all about the plastic and gave loads of help.
