Good lawnmower for €200?

Anyone know of a decent lawnmower I could get for €200? Lawn isn't too big. Its larger than most gardens in estates but not huge.

Woodies have a Briggs and Stratton Prolawn 18" 158cc mower for €200? Anyone know if its any use?

Suppose to be down from 249.99.
