Im looking to build a new computer for the first time.

Only problem is I want to get 64-bit windows vista, going to be buying from komplett i think (if you have any suggestions as another place to order from let me know) and I cant seem to find a version of the 64-bit full version. anyone know if http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=351447 that version has 64-bit and 32-bit or do you have to buy vista ultimate?

    Thanks.

Why not hold off buying a windows disk and just download the trial version of Windows 7 64 bit? It'll do you till March of next year.

    Here's the link.

oh yeah didn't actually get an answer to my question there :P

Just want to know if http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=351447 can give me 64-bit installation or do i have to get http://www.komplett.ie/k/ki.aspx?sku=350141 or something like that??

If someone could tell me what OEM features are?? (e.g. only one installation? or can i install it many times on the one computer if i want to do a clean install?)

It's tied to the motherboard you install it on first. So if you ever change the motherboard technically you won't be able to use that os for it. Also microsoft won't support it so if you have a problem don't call them about it.

hmm i think it would be ok if it was tied to the motherboard, kus if im going building a px ill be keeping it for a good few years and if i want to switch to a new OS then it wont matter.

    thanks :)
