no.1 needs more contrast but is my favourite of the three
no.2 excellent but a slightly boring expression
no.3 don't like his right arm being cropped out

As Dot org said also I find most gig shots on a high up stage and fancy lights type big venue are mostly the same, all light based rather than the motions of the band themselves.
I don't normally attend these type of commercial promotions as it's not my thing but here is what can be done with most MCD/Aitken type venues and not based on generic light etc

@dororg... I kinda see what ya meant with the contrast on the first.... these are awful old shots... ma see if i can dig out the old raw

really like the second one I think he really pops out of the pic. I also love the glow from the lights around the top and the bottom I think gives it an sort of heroic/ dreamy look

first one for me would be an immediate candidate for a b/w conversion there is only so much orange i can take but thats just me.

third one is a fine clear shot but not much going on which means its still a winner with fans of the band.
