Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Make them an offer you're happy with and see what happens,

bear in mind, a 02 Clio from a dealer will have been serviced and cleaned etc, this is a big part of the cars value, it's worth paying a bit more for one with a warranty.

You've been looking at Clios and Fiestas for a good while so I reckon you know what to pay and know what you're happy with.

I doubt you are going to buy a car advertised at €3950 for anywhere close to €2500. That is nearly 50% off the sticker price. My guess is that you would get it for around €3500 depending on the dealer's margin.

Here is a 03 within your budget as long as you can bare the loud colour:

It is priced pretty low (lowest on carzone) so there may not be much movement on the price but start by making them a sensible offer for it, say €2500 and see what they say.

Aunt bought a 02 one about a month ago from a dealer in Cork. 65K on the clock. 12months Nct. Paid 2750. Think 3500 was the price on the window
