Do you have broadband? You can get a lot of channels online now ..

where I am located there is no signal recieved the CH4 picture is very snowy, the only online channel I can see is bbc live the rest you have to wait till they decide to show them.

You can get a some channels online though. Do you have broadband?

Sky will give you a free box also if you wanted to go that route and the cheapest package is just €22 per month ..

Satellite Free To Air is also very cheap these days .. you can pick up a a kit for around €75 and install wouldn't be much more than €50. Zero monthly payments with this option ..

I have recorded todays BBLB and will upload some highlights for you if you have broadband ..

cheers Nico I do have broadband but the sky route I felt was to expensive as I dont watch most of there channels,
discovery would be the only one I would really be interested in (I hope I'm not building a sad image here)
on that I'm now watching C4 the gig looks great and the music is fandabbydosie:D

if you have any suggestions for channels I can get online I would be well interested innit thanks again, just to keep things right on this thread I love BB go Sophie go:)

You don't have to take all the channels though. You can just take their basic package for €22 .. which has C4, E4, RTE, BBC, Etc .. you can get ITV also etc

After a year you can unsubscribe and you'll have all the kit to get all the Free To Air channels .. basically everything apart from RTE.

FreeToAir.ie & AclintSystems.com has some kits but are a little overpriced I think as you can pick up a FreeToAir kit with receiver and dish for under €100 these days.

SaorTV.com also does PVR boxes like Sky ..

TV3.ie & RTE.ie will let you watch live for free ..
