hi, I entered the wrong PIN on an O2 Sagem MyC4-2 and now it's SIM is blocked, b ut I'm getting no option use the PUK code. on the screen with the "SIM blocked refer to user manual" message is and option to key in a 5 digit code I do not have a user manual. any help? cheers.

If you enter **05* you should then be prompted to enter your PUK code.

One you haven't entered the pin incorrectly more than 5 times you can use the **05* and then enter the PUK. If the PUK is correct you will have to enter a new pin twice.

If it doesn't allow you, then you must get a new sim.
