After a pretty limp conference last year, I think the big 3 (Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony) are going to pull out all the stops this year. Today is the start of E3 2009 (the Electronic Entertainment Expo). After a pretty limp conference last year, I think the big 3 (Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony) are going to pull out all the stops this year. I have a feeling that there are going to be some major announcements on the cards.

Here is the schedule for press conferences (times in GMT).

Monday 1st June, 6:25pm: Microsoft.
Monday 1st June, 10:00pm: EA.
Tuesday 2nd June, 1:00am: UbiSoft.
Tuesday 2nd June, 5:00pm: Nintendo.
Tuesday 2nd June, 7:00pm: Sony.

Press conferences will be streamed on multiple sites. Here are some that are streaming for sure:

Aye, quite a lot of AAA games to be shown this year. Assassins Creed 2, God of War 3, Halo:ODST, Splinter Cell 5, M.A.G., Heavy Rain to name a few

Myself, I am just waiting for more news from THQ on their new Warhammer 40K game, Space Marine. So excited for it, pity it probably wont be released till 2010

Lovely. Lets see how the graphics pan out on the console versions. Should be interesting. I'd love a bit more cross-platform games though. Fuel is supposedly supporting it

None of the live streams are working. From the blog,they've only shown Rock Band: The Beatles so far.
