Don't know if this is the best forum so mods, feel free to move this post to engineering or wherever.

The company that manages my shop has suggested the use of a voltage regulator to improve my energy efficiency and reduce electricity costs. Now, my management company quoted about €300 per unit but when i looked for separate quotes i was given two prices of around €5000 which is hugely different. I don't understand much about electricity or tech specs but both products seem to do the same thing. What am I missing here?
