I love the stupidity of Irish politics! Fine Gael voters will be cringing over there breakfeast this morning. Gareth Fitz has come out this morning and asked people to vote Eoin Ryan. No doubt this will add further fuel to labours assertion that Fine Gael and Fianna Failure are one in the same! It however makes you question why Labour would go into power with such stupid people.

Its quite clear to me Fine Gaels policy this morning confirms 2 things to me

    1. Fine gael are trying to insult voters by insuring there is all yes men in Europe! We will never actually contest anything if this prediction goes ahead

    2. Is Eamonn Gilmore and the unions right in saying that Fine Gale and Fianna Failure are no different!

The only differnce between FF and FG IMO is that FF are smarter at getting into power and holding it.

FG are high on the moral outrage and indignation but little else.

Its quite clear to me that you interpret the news to fit your own agenda.

For starters, Garreth Fitzgerald is not the same as Fine Gael. He is one man who is very much in favour of the European project and thinks politicians who will work at the centre of Europe, rather than from the margins, will better serve the needs of Dublin.

There are large differences between the Socialists, Christian Democrats and the Liberals in the EP. They are three ideologically distinct positions. To say that they're all the same is frankly just wrong.

My own agenda? Never! what is politics but about getting what you want and need! the differece is I view my agenda as being the same as the masses and not the developers builders and Michael Lowrys of this country!

Garath fitz is a yes man I agree and thats what I say so its understandable that he would not want a no man in the job but never did I think he would sell his morals by pacting with fianna failure to achieve this!

Hold on! I never said they were the same but Fitzy is encourageing us to trat them the same. Perhaps write him a letter, He will no doubt call you a shinner cause you dont agree with him! Typical behaviour!
