    what kind of dishes would you put saffron into ?? :confused:

    Saffron goes well with paella, and I like to add it to normal rice especially when serving with fajitas or in burritos. You can also add it to the boiling process of potatoes to give them a lovely golden glow.

    You could also add it to bread to make saffron rolls (see Dough for the recipe).

    Yeah, I do this a lot. Heat milk, leave crushed saffron to infuse for an hour or so, when rice is almost done, drizzle the milk over the rice. Beautiful! Whay's Saffron so expensive though?

    yeah we got a load of it from bali. apparently its more expensive than gold
