Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Canon Repair Question

    Hey all,
Just sent back my Canon G10 as it fell into the bracket of serial numbers declared to be effected by the sensor defect causing lines to appear in some photos. Now I never experienced the glitch but decided to air on the side of caution and send it back. Packaged it up well and posted it back. Got a reply email asking for my proof of purchase to be scanned and sent back. Now I bought this camera whilst returning back from a year abroad while we were in Thailand for a week. I have the receipt and warranty card but since its a non-EU / UK purchase will they tell me to go shove it? Even though its a world wide recall, would they expect me to return to Canon Thailand?
