Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ive just finished my HDip and am daunted by the interview process. Does anyone know of individuals or agencies that help in this area? (Specifically for secondary teachers) Id like to build on my confidence and find out the type of questions likely to be asked.

Visit your local secondary school and have a chat with the Principal or maybe any teacher who is available. They will be quite welcoming and helpful.Interview and teaching skills are developed through practice and personal communication.Confidence will grow with practice.

look at school ethos, code of conduct, behaviour etc.... subject curriculum put in a bit about extra curriculum acivities. shows enthusiaism.... be yourself to an extent and personal experience good to. sometimes ask how you would handle disruptive experience and relate it back to a previous personal experience ........ good luck:D
