this happened to me last year in my leaving cert that people said the paper was seen in meath and i found out what it was and it was exactly the paper i got however it never made the news like today but im amazed that this has happened again the night before english paper 2.....rele weird!!!!

No exam is 100% predictable. By limiting your options you are leaving yourself open to the possibility of risk. It usually never happens but this time it has.

Good luck to anyone sitting the paper but really if you just talk about the exact opposite of what you have studied now you should be fine

Also the duplicate paper should cover a lot of similar topics to the original proposed paper or will possibly contain more open ended questions. The important thing is not to panic.

The STUDENTS should be banned. Don't you think if it had been you, you'd have noticed? Damn right you would have! My centre had half the students asking about why it said "Junior" Cert. HL on the labels this morning. The ones that noticed and looked, just thought that they'd get a leg up and nothing would happen if they had a peek, so they said nothing.

RTÉ said the mistake was noticed "immediately". Strange because last time I checked, that would make it impossible for them to have seen it.

Same here. I had just been revising my Banquo and Deception essays for Macbeth the hour before the news broke. I can honestly feel my sanity falling out the back of my head. I hope that examiner in Louth gets themselves a safe room. I keep telling myself it was all human error, it was bound to happen some year. But why this year??

Walcott, Bishop AND Longley? This along with Cultural Context and I would have breezed through the paper no problem.
