Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Anyone over here now or coming over? myself and 4 mates arrived on tuesday, staying in a motel while we sort out what the story is. any advice on accomadation? jobs? places to eat/drink?

    I go over for 3 weeks every xmas and the odd summer to my uncle.

    Where are you staying? Beach Blvd / Edinger Ave , theres the Bella Terra shopping place, try Islands for food there, its Hawaiian but very nice and the burgers are HUGE! Also just back up Beach Blvd theres a place called the Lazy Dog where the Target shop is, good food there too. If you like chinese, Panda Express is always good. Stay away from Mc D's, Wendy's or In n Out burger is good for fast food.

    There was some apartments on Edinger Ave near where it meets Springdale St, they had a big banner up. There are a lot of apartments on Edwards Ave near Heil and Warner St.
