    Anyone know of any Auctioneers/estate agents looking for cash work in Cork ?.

    I'm switching mortgage & need a proper valuation on headed paper - got one once before & they charged me an arm & a leg !

    worth asking anyways

    Not sure what you define "arm n leg" as, but the standard fee is €130.

    Thanks - not naming names, but the last one cost me over €300 which I thought was a bit steep !
