Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Need a replacement Charger for Olympus CZ 770 Li-10B

    Hi folks,

    Newbie to this forum, but have a simple question.
    I have an old Olympus CZ 770, which takes an Li-10B battery. My charger has died & I've been quoted €50 in the local camera shop in Galway for a replacement. :eek:

    Can anyone here advise on a reliable source online for a replacement?
    I can see a few around, Amazon, ebay, etc, just wondering if you lot have some inside info on where I could get one.

    You never know, someone out there might even be willing to part with one?
    Even better, would be a bricks & mortar store nearby to Galway where I could pick one up.

    Dunno if they have that particular one, but I just got a Fuji charger for €9.14 delivered from http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/suntekstore_uk/ after refusing to pay €44.99 for it in the local Fujistore. :rolleyes:

    Edit: Here's one for £4.99 from another HK seller with good feedback.

    I got the two spare batteries, a car charger and a plug in charger for a tenner from HK. Just looked back through my ebay profile but the item is marked private so I can't show the link.

    Thanks folks - got one from http://www.battery-locator.co.uk for £9.99, plus £3.99 postage.
    Had already bitten the bullet and ordered before I saw the link above at £4.99, oh well, just a tenner difference, not too bad.
    Far better than the €50 I was being asked in town.
