Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You can import a comma or tab separated list. But she would still have to type it all into a text file first.

You could type it up in Excel and then import the Excel spreadsheet but you would need to work your way through matching your fields to the Outlook fields, which takes a bit of getting used to if it's your first time doing it.

Also, if there's only twenty contacts I would just type them in, but I'm assuming that you mean that this will be on an ongoing basis?
